What are the hospital visiting hours?
General visiting hours are 11:00am – 8:00pm
ICU – there are no set visiting hours
Maternity for family – there are no set visiting hours
I have an appointment at the hospital -- how do I find the department?
Stop by the Information Desk located in the main lobby and one of our friendly volunteers will escort you to your appointment or answer any questions you may have.
How can I locate a patient?
Call the Hospital at 604.531.5512 and ask for the Information Desk. They will be able to provide you the patient’s room number.
Can I send an email to a patient?
Emails can be sent to a patient by sending to the following address: pah.volunteerservices@fraserhealth.ca.
Please keep in mind that confidential information should not be forwarded via email.
How do I find out which doctors in the area are accepting new patients?
The College of Physician and Surgeons has a list of doctors throughout the province who are accepting new patients. Their number is 604.733.7758.
Where is the Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation located?
The Foundation office is located within the hospital on the main floor, two doors past Admitting. Office hours are: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday & 8:30am – 4:00pm Friday.

How do I learn about jobs opportunities at the Peace Arch Hospital?
Visit the Fraser Health web site at www.fraserhealth.ca/careers -- this will give you a list of jobs throughout the health region, for which you can apply online.
How do I make a donation to the hospital?
Donations are made through the Foundation and can be mailed to:

Donations can also be either phoned in to 604.535.4520 and paid by Visa, MasterCard or AMEX, or a secure online donation on our Donate Now page. We welcome visitors to stop by the Foundation office and make their donation in person also. An income tax receipt will be issued for your donation.
What is the procedure for making a donation in memory of someone?
When sending a tribute donation, please include the name of the person the donation is in memory or honour of, along with the name of their next of kin and a mailing address. The next of kin will be notified by mail that a donation has been made in memory of their loved one or in honour of them.
Where do I park when I come to the hospital?
Parking is available directly across from the hospital in Parking Lot B. The rates are as follows:
- $2.00 per hour to a maximum of $8.00 per day.
- 2 week pass - $50.00
- 2 week pass for seniors - $40.00
For individuals with family members in Residential Care (Dr. Al Hogg & Weatherby) a parking pass can be obtained from the Unit Clerk/Nurses Desk on the floor your family member is on. The pass is good for 6 months.
Passes for students can be obtained from the Foundation office for Parking Lot C for $2.00 per day.
