WHITE ROCK, BC – On Thursday, Nov. 10th, RED 93.1 FM held a one-day radiothon and raised over $310,000 for Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation in support of health care in our community.

Last year, the station raised $200,000 – altogether RED 93.1 FM has worked with the South Asian community to donate over $500,000 through its two fundraisers.

The HSBC Securities Great Pumpkin Run/Walk raised over $56,000 (net) over the past weekend. 

WHITE ROCK, B.C. Sept. 28, 2011 – Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation is pleased to announce that Envision Financial has made a $150,000 gift to the Foundation and credit union proud to put its name on a birthing suite in Peace Arch Hospital’s newly opened maternity unit. 

$20,000+ golf tournament proceeds will go a “fairway” at Peace Arch Hospital  

WHITE ROCK, B.C. September 23, 2011 – The Delta Controls/ESC Automation annual Charity Golf Tournament raised over $20,000 in support of Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation.  The annual event, held in July, has designated its tournament proceeds to the hospital for over a decade.  This year’s donation brings the tournament’s total giving to an amazing $130,000.  

WHITE ROCK, B.C. Sept. 8, 2011 – Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation is now accepting applications for its Because People Matter (BPM) Grants, with grants ranging in value from $1,000 to $125,000.

If your organization has an idea of how to increase or improve medical care for residents of South Surrey / White Rock, the Foundation wants to hear from you. The Foundation’s annual BPM Grants support innovative projects at Peace Arch Hospital and in the community that focus on health education, research and service delivery.
