My family has been in the jewellery business before I was born. As I was growing up I remembered daily on my returned home from school, on completing my homework and studies, I would be in the jewellery shop helping my mother. I learned all the different gems and use to play with them, thinking how beautiful they are. I just loved the diamond cut gems. I knew how to detect Diamonds, Sapphires, Emerald, Ruby, Garnet, Amethyst, Peridot and Topaz right away. When I graduated from high school, I did my nurses training in U.K. England. Friends from work would love my jewellery and give me orders. Eventually my neighbour saw some of my ready-made jewellery, which was for sale and bought them from me. It was at this time that I decided to go back into the jewellery business. I upgraded my skills by attending school, jewellery-making clubs and I met a couple that shared their jewellery studio with me. It was at this time that I became more involved in the field. I had lots of gems and ready-made gold jewellery for sale given by my mother and brother - who also have a jewellery business abroad. With these gems I started my business and still receives gems from my brother who travels all over the world to purchase. Many items are my own designs. I carry many of the different birthstone gems.
